Mandatory exposure to Australian recruitment processes, especially in the airline industry.
Must work Australian shift timings (9 am to 5 pm Australian time).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced recruiter skilled in hands-on execution of full-cycle recruitment using ATS and HCM platforms like Workday and Smart Recruiter.
Proficient in sourcing, screening, automated candidate assessment tools (IVR), and recruitment analytics.
Comfortable working within structured frameworks supporting multiple hiring managers and maintaining compliance in recruitment processes.
