Lead and manage digital projects end-to-end, including scope, timeline, budget, risk, and delivery for small to large projects.
Serve as Scrum Master facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a high degree of client and internal satisfaction.
Partner with clients and internal teams, including client service and business development, to scope new opportunities and drive project success.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 12 years of experience in project management, including 5+ years in consulting or agency roles.
Experience managing digital-related projects of various sizes, preferably large projects ($1MM+, 9+ months).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and OpenAir is required.
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; CSM and PMP certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing distributed or remote teams and multiple teams simultaneously (4 to 8 people).
Strategic operator who can effectively communicate and build consensus across diverse stakeholders and project teams.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments delivering complex digital solutions using Agile and traditional project management techniques.
