Take full ownership of quality assurance for assigned US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product areas, including defect identification and compliance verification.
Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans (functional, regression, API, data validation) and build automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Selenium and Smartbear Test Complete.
Provide 3rd level production support and validate X12 EDI transactions (837P/837I claims, 835 remittances, 270/271 eligibility) across clearinghouse and payer workflows, working night shifts aligned with US Eastern business hours.
Minimum Requirements
At least 5 years of software quality assurance experience, including minimum 2 years in test automation.
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and API testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, SoapUI, and AI-assisted testing tools like Claude.
Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of X12 EDI standards and US healthcare revenue cycle processes (medical billing, claims, denials, remittances).
Availability for night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:15 AM IST and participation in on-call rotation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with US healthcare RCM domain or with employers in RCM, clearinghouse, or US healthcare software product companies.
Proficient in building and maintaining automated test suites integrated into CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Comfortable engaging directly with US-based cross-functional product, development, and operations teams, delivering results under deadlines across parallel project releases.
