Lead and proactively manage the quality function across the software development lifecycle for strategic products with multiple modules.
Design and implement automation frameworks utilizing AI, Java, Python, and PlayWright for API, functional, and UI testing.
Certify functional and non-functional product aspects using QA best practices to deliver high-quality software.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years total experience in enterprise software testing with at least 8 years in automation framework development and design.
Fluent with AI and practical experience in AI-based testing solutions, including generative AI and prompt engineering.
Proven hands-on experience automating tests for REST or SOAP APIs and integrations using tools like RestAssured, Postman, Swagger, Katalon, JMeter.
Must be located near Bangalore and able to work hybrid with 3 days per week onsite in Bangalore office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing and maintaining automation frameworks across API, UI, and performance testing in enterprise SaaS/cloud environments.
Has worked in CI/CD models with SaaS and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, indicating familiarity with modern DevOps practices.
Strategically focused on quality ownership across multiple cross-functional teams including product, development, and support in fast-evolving product environments.
