Lead end-to-end business process transformation for assigned workstreams, including discovery, future-state design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Conduct detailed process discovery and mapping to identify root causes, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and AI integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn process redesign into actionable implementation plans, track adoption, and measure success metrics.
Minimum Requirements
10 to 15 years of experience in business process analysis, documentation, operations, transformation, or automation delivery within financial services.
Working knowledge of investment management or capital markets operations including front, middle, and back office and trade lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Finance, Management, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
Experience with process mapping and documentation tools; familiarity with BPMN, Visio, UiPath Task Capture or similar is beneficial.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex process engineering and automation within financial services, especially capital markets and investment management.
Able to independently own and deliver quality outcomes in fast-paced, global, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in structured thinking, documentation, and applying AI/automation concepts to improve operational efficiency and control.
