Lead multiple software engineering teams within a major financial institution’s Corporate and Investment Bank Securities Services Technology division.
Oversee design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using C#, .NET Framework and modern .NET versions (6/7/8+), including RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Manage team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices and SDLC automation to enhance delivery speed, quality, and operational outcomes while ensuring compliance and secure data handling.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification, including coaching and mentoring experience.
Proficiency in C#, .Net Core/.Net 6+, SQL, and familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, and TypeScript.
Experience in leading technology projects and managing software engineers with knowledge of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including automation and continuous delivery.
Understanding and experience with responsible AI-assisted development tools and practices within engineering teams, including security and governance considerations.
