Lead end-to-end delivery of automation projects using Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration following governance and ALM standards.
Develop, implement, and support AI-enabled automation solutions and troubleshoot operational issues including root cause analysis and remediation planning.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor automation health, usage, adoption, and governance metrics, while supporting production workloads in a service-oriented backlog model.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 6 years IT experience in automation or application delivery, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years experience.
At least 3 years experience with Power Platform including Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate flows, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
Minimum 3 years PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 automation and administration including Graph API.
At least 2 years hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online); plus 1 year building AI-enabled or agent-based solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing automation lifecycle in regulated or compliance-driven industries, preferably healthcare or life sciences.
Proficient in Power Platform governance including DLP policies, environment strategy, lifecycle management, and security role configurations.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues, follow architectural standards, and work effectively in backlog-driven, service-oriented environments.
