Lead end-to-end delivery of automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration.
Implement AI-enabled automation agents (e.g., Copilot Studio) adhering to security, governance, and lifecycle standards.
Support production automation workloads including troubleshooting, incident response, and maintaining dashboards/reports on automation health and governance metrics.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 6 years IT experience in automation/application delivery OR High School Diploma with 10 years IT experience in automation/application delivery.
At least 3 years experience in Power Platform development including canvas/model-driven apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio.
Minimum 3 years PowerShell scripting experience for Microsoft 365 automation including Graph API.
At least 2 years hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) plus 1 year building AI-enabled/agent-based automation solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering automation within regulated or compliance-driven industries such as healthcare or life sciences.
Familiar with Power Platform governance including DLP policies, environment and lifecycle management, and security roles.
Proficient in troubleshooting complex automation systems and comfortable working with backlog-driven agile delivery and AI-assisted development tools.
