Lead end-to-end delivery of automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) and PowerShell for Microsoft 365.
Implement AI-enabled automation following governance, security, and lifecycle standards.
Support production automation workloads including incident investigation, root cause analysis, documentation, and build Power BI reports on platform usage and health.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
6+ years of IT experience delivering automation or application solutions.
3+ years experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio).
3+ years PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 automation including Graph API, plus 2+ years Microsoft 365 administration experience (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
1+ year experience building AI or agent-based solutions (e.g., Copilot Studio).
Work location: Bangalore, Hybrid.
Work Experience Required: 6+ years in IT automation or application solutions.

Experienced in production support and incident response for automation platforms, comfortable with backlog-driven delivery.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 environments, Power Platform governance, and AI-enabled automation implementation.
Has strong troubleshooting skills, ability to follow architectural standards, and experience working in regulated or compliance-driven industries like healthcare.
