Identify high-value AI opportunities by working directly with enterprise clients and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Architect and develop production-scale AI systems including multi-agent workflows, orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.
Own end-to-end delivery and outcomes for AI solutions, managing deployment, evaluation, observability, security, scalability, and cost in client environments.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of professional experience in production software engineering.
Expertise in Python, backend systems, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
Hands-on experience building and operating production agentic AI systems involving LLMs, orchestration, tool use, context engineering, memory/state management, and multi-step workflows.
Must be currently based in Bengaluru or Hyderabad, India and able to work hybrid onsite 3 days per week; relocation assistance is not provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to lead complex AI projects from discovery to deployment with strong ownership over reliability, security, latency, and cost.
Experienced in building and improving advanced retrieval systems using embeddings, vector/hybrid search, reranking, and evaluating retrieval quality.
Proven capability to communicate effectively with senior technical and business stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and build trust in client-facing roles.
