Own and execute the product roadmap for Private Credit capabilities covering deal-close to post-close lifecycle including onboarding, portfolio monitoring, covenant management, loan administration, and reporting.
Define, design, and iterate product features in collaboration with Engineering, QA, clients, and partners, ensuring the product meets real-world private credit structures and workflows.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on private credit experience with exposure to investment lifecycle, documentation, calculations, and workflows; product management experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of direct lending or related private credit areas such as asset-based finance, structured credit, unitranche, senior/subordinated lending, etc.
Familiarity with covenant monitoring and testing, compliance certificates, borrow bases, loan lifecycle events, and financial calculations such as waterfalls.
Bachelor's degree preferred in accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field; strong Excel and financial modeling skills; SQL experience strongly preferred; experience with private credit platforms like Wall Street Office, Allvue is a plus.
