Engage directly with CEOs/CXOs to align and influence multi-functional leadership, managing resistance and securing stakeholder consensus.
Manage multi-vendor ecosystems from RFP to delivery, enforcing SLAs, financial controls, and adoption metrics to ensure sustained value realization.
Minimum Requirements
14–20 years total work experience with at least two enterprise transformation programs led end-to-end, typically ₹100 crore+ in value and 18–36 months duration.
Experience managing delivery across multi-country or diverse multi-state Indian footprints involving corporate, plant, and field environments.
Proven track record of direct CXO and board-level engagement as the accountable program lead.
Experience handling scope beyond IT including process, organizational, commercial, and behavioral change ownership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large-scale, complex transformation programs with multiple concurrent delivery partners and commercial accountability.
Capable of operating at CXO and board level with clear communication, problem resolution, and stakeholder alignment skills.
