Develop and expand automation frameworks and automated test cases for Zscaler Client Connector features to improve testing quality and efficiency.
Understand requirements, plan and execute manual and automated tests, and perform root cause analysis to articulate defects clearly.
Collaborate closely with Development, Product Management, and cloud Operations teams to deliver a robust product and replicate complex customer/production issues for fixes.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of Software QA Engineering experience, specifically with VPN or network traffic testing/automation.
Proficient programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, ICMP/UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP, and networking devices like proxies, firewalls, routers, load balancers.
Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies with experience leveraging or securing AI-driven solutions in relevant domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in testing and automation within VPN, network traffic, or cloud security product domains with hands-on troubleshooting and defect analysis.
Comfortable with hybrid roles requiring both strategic planning of test frameworks and hands-on execution including root cause investigation.
