Support production operations, incident response, and post-launch reliability for AWS and Databricks based healthcare data platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve production defects and customer-impacting issues, maintain operational documentation and improve automation.
Participate in on-call rotations after onboarding; contribute to root cause analyses and implement reusable operational solutions.
Minimum Requirements
2-4 years professional experience in software engineering, site reliability, technical support, production operations, or related field.
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related discipline.
Basic Python programming and Linux command-line proficiency; understanding of AWS cloud systems, incident response, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Work Location: Pune, 5 days in office; standard 9-hour workday.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Databricks, data pipelines, and production support workflows.
Comfortable working under guidance while progressing towards independent ownership of incident resolution and automation tasks.
Strong communication skills for documenting incidents and collaborating with cross-functional teams including customer-facing roles.
