Oversee and ensure accuracy and timeliness of regulatory reports for transactions under EMIR, MiFID II, CFTC, SFTR across multiple derivatives and securities finance products.
Manage exceptions, data quality issues, reconciliation breaks and perform timely investigations and resolutions.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and support onboarding, compliance, and process improvements while ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting specifically under EMIR, MiFID II, CFTC, SFTR with knowledge of OTC Derivatives and Securities Finance products.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of at least two regulations among EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, and CFTC reporting requirements.
Work Experience Required: 4-6 years in banking or financial services (as per preferred qualifications).
