Serve as liaison between business and IT to translate complex business needs into application software requirements.
Analyze end user needs and determine optimal business application software solutions.
Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and work with programming staff to ensure incorporation of requirements into system design and testing.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 to 8 years of business analysis or related experience.
Educational qualification: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MTech.
Strongly preferred: Pharmacy Claims Audit and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) software experience.
Strongly preferred experience working in an Agile environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in healthcare domain with strong PBM and pharmacy claims audit knowledge.
Able to understand and bridge business and IT requirements with strong analytical and project coordination skills.
Comfortable working in Agile teams and guiding or mentoring team members on application software requirements.
