Listen TBH - AI Creative Director — Gen AI Filmmaking & Production

Lead end-to-end production of AI-generated video content from scripts to final visuals, ensuring episode-scale narrative consistency and quality.

Develop, optimize, and scale AI filmmaking workflows using diverse GenAI tools, including prompt engineering, asset creation, and automation to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaborate closely with writers and creative leads to produce episodic AI-native microdramas, maintaining visual continuity and production standards across content.

3-6+ years of relevant experience in AI filmmaking or AI-native productions.

Strong expertise in AI video generation tools such as Higgsfield and Kling, including prompt engineering and image/video generation skills.

Practical experience with AI voice systems and building automated workflows or agents to enhance AI content production.

Position based in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai; Contract employment type.

Experienced creative professional who can independently manage complex AI-driven visual storytelling projects from script through final execution.

Proficient in integrating multiple AI models and tools effectively to build scalable, repeatable AI content production pipelines.

Strong understanding of episodic short-form storytelling and ability to maintain character consistency, cinematography, and narrative quality in AI-generated video.
