Own complete procurement operations from requisition through payment covering both direct and indirect categories, with a focus on IT/software/SaaS spend.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor onboarding, performance evaluations, and issue resolution with international suppliers to ensure SLA adherence and timely delivery.
Drive cost optimization and procurement process improvements while maintaining compliance with policies and audit requirements.
Minimum Requirements
6-10 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in IT/tech industry.
Proven experience managing PR-to-PO cycle and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)/Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
Strong skills in Advanced Excel and experience negotiating with international/global suppliers.
Experience handling procurement of IT/tech related items including software licenses, SaaS, cloud services preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder coordination including Accounts Payable, IT, Production, and Quality teams.
Experienced with global/international vendor management and comfortable managing supplier relationships in multinational contexts.
