Minimum Requirements
Minimum 13 years of experience in testing, QA, quality engineering, or technology delivery.
Proven experience managing large or complex client engagements and engaging with senior client executives and technology leadership.
Strong understanding of testing operating models, delivery governance, and organizational change management.
Location requirement: Hyderabad or Chennai; Shift timings include 11 AM to 8 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, or 6 PM to 3 AM.

Experienced in managing multi-account or multi-industry testing portfolios and enterprise-wide QA transformations.
Demonstrated capability in program, financial, resource, and risk management with strong commercial and strategic communication skills.
