Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding processes ensuring timely and accurate completion of onboarding requirements.
Oversee Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) activities including documentation tracking and compliance coordination.
Analyze operational data and drive process improvements to enhance onboarding effectiveness and system enhancements including UAT support.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
4 to 6 years of experience in onboarding, recruiting operations, HR operations, or related support roles.
Working knowledge of PERM processes, documentation, and compliance coordination.
Location: Hyderabad; Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon-Thu) & 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Fri).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex onboarding operations within a matrixed or global environment, with stakeholder coordination across teams.
Proficient in driving operational excellence through data analysis, process improvements, and system enhancements including UAT support.
Comfortable working in an agile environment handling multiple priorities effectively.
