Manage and ensure achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business objectives related to insurance operations.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while handling insurance processes and documentation.
Regularly update reports and communicate work status and issues to management to meet quality and production targets.
Minimum Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in insurance operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in document validation/review; experience with Agency Management System is desired.
Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders and clients effectively.
Hybrid work location requirement in Mumbai with minimum 3 days office attendance; shifts between 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM or 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or knowledge in insurance industry processes and regulatory frameworks, ideally with insurance certifications (e.g., from The Institutes, USA) or postgraduate courses.
Able to handle complex and diverse insurance operations with attention to detail and adherence to compliance.
Comfortable working in late shifts and hybrid work environment with clear communication to team and managers.
