Lead enterprise-wide IT operations and delivery governance ensuring execution against business outcomes, timelines, and financial targets within a large technology organization.
Own and optimize technology vendor, strategic partner, and global delivery strategies, including workforce capacity and resource management across internal and external teams.
Drive operational governance, risk management, workforce strategies, and organizational transformation to improve delivery predictability, cost effectiveness, and speed at scale.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
12+ years of progressive experience in technology operations, delivery, program/portfolio management, vendor or workforce management, or related leadership.
7+ years of leadership experience managing teams or enterprise capabilities in a large, complex technology organization.
Work Schedule: Full-time, second shift (12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. IST). Travel ~20% as needed.
