Lead regional connectivity operations across IMG markets, focusing on technical issue resolution, operational process optimization, and market sign-off for connected vehicles.
Drive regional leadership and operational management for the Ford App including implementation, go-to-market delivery, app releases, and customer experience improvements.
Manage regional Over-The-Air (OTA) planning, engineering, deployment, including feature delivery and governance, representing IMG in global OTA forums.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years professional experience in software product ownership, integration, project/program management, automotive engineering, IT, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Commerce or Project Management.
Experience leading cross-functional and cross-market teams to achieve delivery and business outcomes.
Work Hours: Must be flexible to accommodate time differences across IMG markets and global teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has strategic and operational experience in connected vehicle technology and digital customer touchpoints, including mobile app development and cloud-based systems.
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams and aggressive timelines in a multi-market environment.
Comfortable working in a fluid, agile environment with strong skills in project management, stakeholder communication, and governance within global matrix organizations.
