Analyze requirements and identify gaps in test coverage and data.
Develop and execute various types of manual test cases including functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT.
Manage defect lifecycle and prepare test execution reports; mentor junior testers and support continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of experience in manual testing or quality assurance.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Working knowledge of SQL, API testing, and test data management; experience with testing and defect-tracking tools.
Location: Hyderabad or Chennai; Shift timings available between 11 AM to 3 AM (varies by shift).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in manual testing with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple testing activities under deadlines.
Comfortable working with cross-functional and distributed teams in an operations and engineering blended environment.
Familiarity with defect triage and root cause analysis; capable of mentoring junior testers and supporting test process improvements.
