Design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions to support go-to-market (GTM) and business teams using enterprise AI platforms.
Develop proof-of-concepts, create AI workflows and prompt libraries, and drive adoption of AI use cases across platforms like ChatGPT, Salesforce Agentforce, and Microsoft Copilot.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams to troubleshoot, optimize AI solutions, and ensure compliant deployment within a hybrid work model (2pm-11pm shift).
Minimum Requirements
3–4 years' experience in technology, operations, business systems, AI, automation, or related fields.
Practical experience with generative AI platforms and designing prompts or automation workflows.
Exposure to low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Make, Zapier) is advantageous but not mandatory.
Work Location: Mumbai, Hybrid working model with 2pm - 11pm shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in translating business requirements into AI-technical solutions within GTM or commercial operations contexts.
Comfortable working directly with global and cross-functional commercial teams and stakeholders.
Able to independently develop AI-enabled proofs-of-concept and drive implementation and adoption in a B2B, professional services environment.
