Lead and manage the Hyderabad Data Operations team responsible for master data management and operational data services across Global Supply Chain (GSC).
Translate global data operations strategy into Hyderabad-specific execution plans with KPIs, controls, adoption measures, and measurable business outcomes.
Drive complex cross-functional initiatives to improve data quality, governance, digital enablement, and NPI (New Product Introduction) readiness across supply chain processes.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Master, MBA, Engineering degree, or Bachelor degree with equivalent experience in relevant domains such as supply chain, data management, or technology.
8+ years of experience in supply chain, data operations, master data management, data governance, or related business functions.
Experience leading operational teams and cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed environment, including people development and stakeholder alignment.
Preferred certifications: APICS CSCP/CPIM or equivalent; Lean Six Sigma, PMP or data management certifications preferred.
