Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Engineering and/or IT-Computer Science preferred.
8+ years of talent sourcing experience combining corporate and agency environments, with a focus on IT and Data Analytics.
Proven expertise in talent mapping, competitive intelligence, Boolean search, and experience with ATS (Workday, Avature) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
