Support and stabilize supplier collaboration processes on SAP Business Network SCC with a focus on China suppliers and direct procurement workflows.
Act as primary support for supplier onboarding, issue resolution, transaction monitoring, testing, and post-go-live activities involving SAP Business Network and SAP ERP integration.
Coordinate across Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, IT, and supplier teams to maintain supply chain collaboration process continuity and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university.
Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement processes and supporting IT solutions, specifically with SAP Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration or similar supplier collaboration platforms.
Experience working with China suppliers and knowledge of direct procurement, planning, scheduling agreements, subcontracting, and related supplier transactions.
Work location: Bangalore (hybrid); Up to 20% domestic/international travel may be required.

Experienced in supporting integrated SAP procurement and supplier collaboration environments, with strong troubleshooting skills across SAP Business Network, SAP ERP, and middleware.
