Lead QA team to define and execute comprehensive test strategies, including manual and automated testing, to ensure superior software quality.
Drive adoption and scaling of automated testing frameworks and AI-driven QA capabilities to improve efficiency, coverage, and reliability.
Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and partner closely with engineering and product teams to ensure timely quality issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of overall experience in Software Quality Engineering with strong expertise in both manual and automated testing in Agile environments.
Experience supporting CI/CD-driven deployments and working with automated testing tools like Selenium, AccelQ, Cypress, Postman-API, or similar.
Strong understanding of insurance domain including policy, commissions, premiums, claims, billing.
