Lead and deliver technical projects end-to-end with minimal supervision in a product company setting.
Build, enhance, debug, and perform code reviews on scalable .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and SQL Server.
Leverage AI coding assistants and integrate AI/LLM APIs to improve development productivity, code quality, and contribute to engineering productivity and developer experience initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of work experience in product-based companies.
Engineering degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and SQL Server.
Experience with Git, Unit Testing, Debugging, Visual Studio, and working knowledge of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically autonomous with proven ability to lead technical projects end-to-end in a product company environment.
