Develop and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber BDD, and Java to improve quality and test coverage of products.
Execute and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, API, and microservices testing to ensure reliable customer releases.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and analysts to define acceptance criteria and resolve defects for high-quality deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of software testing experience, including at least 3 years in test automation.
Strong hands-on skills with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber BDD, Java, and Gherkin.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, REST API testing, and microservices testing.
Video camera participation in virtual meetings is mandatory (remote first, camera-on culture).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience building or improving test automation frameworks from scratch with a focus on test resilience and stability.
Comfortable working in Agile teams collaborating cross-functionally including product and engineering.
Familiarity with distributed test execution environments, and preferably some exposure to Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
