About This Role
- Provide advanced Tier 3 software platform support focusing on backend and DevOps areas to ensure high system reliability and performance globally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex, multi-layered software and infrastructure issues, analyzing root causes and driving preventive actions.
- Support containerized applications in Linux/Kubernetes environments, contribute to CI/CD processes, and aid new product introduction readiness and training.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 14 years of experience in software support, backend systems, or DevOps.
- Practical troubleshooting experience with agentic AI systems and strong skills in Linux environment troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud native production environments using containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes.
- Work Location: Bangalore, India; Travel up to 25% required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in debugging complex backend systems and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, hardware, and DevOps teams.
- Experience supporting global, production-critical environments with a background in software development, testing, or system integration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools (such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
