About This Role
- Translate business requirements into maintainable application code and scalable solutions with architectural compliance.
- Lead deployment and hypercare activities to ensure smooth releases and rapid resolution of production issues.
- Provide expert troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and on-call support to maintain production system stability and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional software development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Node.js, and Angular frontend development.
- Experience with Camunda BPM or CIB7 for workflow automation and production-level database experience with Oracle, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven expertise in debugging, performance analysis, version control (GitHub, Azure DevOps), and knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting production systems with a strong focus on troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Skilled in cross-functional and multi-team collaboration within Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Capable of leading deployment and incident resolution activities, including on-call critical production support.
