Provide senior technical leadership including mentorship, sharing AI and automation expertise, and communicating progress and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
9-12 years of professional experience in software engineering.
Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, Blockchain, and AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claud).
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science.
Capital Market domain experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
