Lead and grow two engineering teams (Data Platform and AI/Data Engineering) responsible for Nielsen’s Databricks-based data and AI ecosystem.
Own unified technical strategy, delivery roadmap, and governance across GenAI, data engineering, and platform management ensuring 99.99% platform reliability and compliance.
Manage people leadership, budget/FinOps stewardship, executive stakeholder engagement, and cross-team coordination for large-scale data and AI platform delivery.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years in data/software engineering with at least 3 years managing engineering leads or senior engineers in large-scale data or AI platforms.
Strong working knowledge of Databricks ecosystem including Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and related tools.
Experience owning cloud/platform budgets and driving FinOps cost-efficiency.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in data/software engineering with 3+ years in engineering management role.
