Develop and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) strategies and scenarios based on business requirements in Agile and Waterfall environments.
Communicate test results to internal and external stakeholders and maintain direct relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) and project teams.
Own completion of assigned testing tasks, prepare/review test results, and coordinate defect triage and daily standups.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
5-8 years of experience as a tester in Waterfall/Agile teams within the Corporate Banking domain.
Mandatory experience with Global Transaction Banking products and platforms, including Cash products (Payments domain, Liquidity, T24, Swift, Reconciliation process, Statements).
ISO20022 experience is required; experience with MT101 and local clearing mechanisms in Oman, Bahrain, France, UK, India, and Kuwait is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Tester experienced in end-to-end system testing within Corporate Banking, with strong knowledge of transaction fraud monitoring, H2H, liquidity management, and SEPA as advantageous.
Familiar with testing tools like JIRA, MS Excel, MS Visio, HP Quality Center, and comfortable managing complex tasks and cross-departmental communication.
Experienced working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, able to manage defect triage and testing coordination independently.
