Lead and mentor a team of 5–8 senior engineers across AI, Salesforce, and full-stack development.
Drive the technical strategy and own backend architecture (Node.js/NestJS), frontend solutions (React or Angular), and system design for EDMO's product portfolio.
Define and implement telemetry, observability, and monitoring standards; manage sprint planning, code reviews, and technical delivery timelines; collaborate with product and design teams; and engage in technical discussions with clients.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in technical leadership roles.
Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams and experience motivating senior engineers.
Mandatory technical skills include Node.js, NestJS, API and backend architecture design, React or Angular, telemetry/monitoring tools, cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable), PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in building and scaling engineering teams, especially in SaaS or EdTech environments with AI/ML integration.
Strong background in cloud-native and microservices architectures with hands-on experience in observability and distributed systems.
