Operate and enhance application security tool environments, including scheduling and tuning DAST scans for web applications and APIs.
Validate, categorize, and prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk and compliance standards, coordinating with development teams for remediation.
Build solutions to collect and present vulnerability and compliance data to leadership while maintaining accurate tracking of vulnerabilities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 3-6 years of experience in application security or related field.
Experience administering Qualys VM or application security tools; experience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
Knowledge of industry standard compliance programs (NIST, HIPAA, SOC II, GDPR, HITRUST, FedRAMP) and RESTful API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.
Work location: Hybrid India only; Travel: up to 10%; Relocation assistance: not authorized.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in risk-based prioritization and managing security findings through to remediation in complex, multi-team environments.
Skilled in scripting for automation (Python preferred) and comfortable interfacing with development and platform teams to explain security issues.
Familiar with security tool administration and compliance validation in healthcare or regulated industries, especially using Qualys or WebInspect.
