Drive code quality by mentoring engineers, managing technical strategy including system design, performance optimization, and enterprise-grade security.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of full-stack development experience with enterprise-grade web applications.
6+ years experience each in Angular, LoopbackJS/Node.js/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL with expertise in schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
Proficiency with Python and AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, DROID, or similar).
Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period; 2-year service agreement applies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full stack prompt engineering to effectively decompose business requirements and accelerate feature delivery using AI.
