Support governance, maintenance, and quality control of controlling-related master data (cost centers, profit centers, allocation cycles) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with IT and finance teams to maintain hierarchies, execute PCA allocation cycles, and support month-end closing by reviewing controlling reports and troubleshooting issues.
Carry out quarterly validations of entities' files to ensure compliance with global and regional approval limits, roles, and authority levels, including central maintenance of Delegation of Authority (DoA).
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
5+ years of experience in finance/controlling operations, including exposure to SAP in a manufacturing organization.
Basic understanding of cost center and profit center accounting, allocation cycles (assessment/distribution), month-end closing in controlling, and CO–FI integration.
Technical skills: Basic SAP FICO knowledge and good Excel skills (formulas, pivots, data checks).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Controlling Master Data governance within a manufacturing finance environment, with hands-on SAP and month-end closing experience.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams involving IT, finance, and local entities to coordinate data maintenance and compliance tasks.
