Own technical design, implementation, and operational stability of Guidewire solutions across domains like PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Digital platforms, and integrations.
Lead technical governance and quality across multiple teams, ensuring solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
Drive production ownership including root cause analysis, defect reduction, and platform stability alongside cross-functional stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years Guidewire development experience with strong expertise in multiple Guidewire products (PC, CC, BC, Jutro, etc).
Proven experience managing technical delivery across multiple teams or modules.
Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance processes and regulatory context.
Experience owning production stability and operational accountability for Guidewire platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex Guidewire integrations with distributed systems in regulated, multi-business unit environments.
Capability to act as technical authority and lead solution design and governance at scale across squads or multiple projects.
