Manage and develop a large global team (50+ engineers and managers) responsible for critical infrastructure services including DDI, Authentication, Encryption, Tokenization, Key Management, and PKI.
Drive strategic planning, operational excellence, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and financial/resource management to meet business objectives in infrastructure engineering.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with technology leaders to implement initiatives aligned with product operating models and deliver enterprise strategic priorities.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of Infrastructure Engineering experience.
3+ years of management or leadership experience.
Experience managing large engineering teams focused on infrastructure and security technologies such as Encryption, Key Management, DDI, PKI, or related.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with overall 18+ years of experience including 5+ years in senior management roles; industry domain explicitly includes Banking and Financial Services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior technology leader with 7+ years of strategic leadership experience in information security infrastructure within large enterprises, preferably banking/finance sector.
Proven track record leading and scaling high-performing global engineering teams delivering critical infrastructure and security products with strong operational and risk governance.
Experience collaborating across senior and executive leadership, driving talent management, strategic initiatives, and managing complex technical and stakeholder environments.
