Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
At least 3 years of full stack development experience including back-end (Java, Python, Golang, C++) and front-end (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
Minimum 2 years in people management or team leadership roles.

Experienced in managing engineering teams operating across multiple locations within complex, matrixed organizations.
