Minimum Requirements
12–14 years software engineering experience; minimum 4 years in people management leading 10+ engineers.
Strong technical expertise in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, CI/CD, observability, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Proven track record owning delivery outcomes end-to-end including quality and business impact.
Experience driving delivery metrics (sprint accuracy, cycle time, DORA metrics) and structured talent development (hiring, coaching, performance management).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing senior engineers and tech leads with multi-layer leadership experience preferred.
Deep technical judgment able to drive architecture and engineering strategy discussions and decisions.
Background in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or enterprise software with exposure to AI-first engineering transformations is a strong plus.
