Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years in technical lead or management roles with hands-on development experience.
At least 5 years experience in Linux kernel or protocol development, with knowledge of x86 NUMA systems.
Familiarity with NVMe, NFS, iSCSI, Fiber Channel, SCSI, SMB, Agile development, and proficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages like Python or Shell.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing distributed or remote software teams, with 2+ years collaborating across locations.
Demonstrated ability to handle software innovation, prioritize requirements, and meet tight schedules in a product company environment.
