Minimum Requirements
6+ years software engineering experience with Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.
Proficient in backend development using Golang (preferred), PHP, or Python.
Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, RESTful APIs, concurrency, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Experience with Linux, networking fundamentals, databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Aerospike), Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring tools, and networking concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable backend product applications in high-scale production environments.
Technical leadership ability to drive architecture and mentor junior engineers.
