Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Design and govern enterprise process data historian solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing sites, ensuring GxP and regulatory compliance.
Own architecture and implementation of data collection, storage, and analytics pipelines integrating shop-floor systems to enterprise/cloud platforms.
Lead deployments, upgrades, compliance validations, and collaborate with OT/IT, Quality, and Automation teams across multiple manufacturing plants.
Minimum Requirements
7-10 years of experience with at least 6 years in process historian architecture.
Domain experience in Pharma/Biotech/Life Sciences Manufacturing under GxP regulation.
Strong expertise in AVEVA PI System or equivalent enterprise historians; skilled with related protocols and systems (OPC DA/UA, DCS/PLC integration).
Experience with GxP validated systems, including compliance to 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and regulatory audits.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting large-scale, multi-site historian deployments within regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Technical leadership experience coordinating across OT/IT, Quality, Automation, and Cybersecurity functions, ensuring regulatory and security alignment.
Strategic in designing data models and integrations that support advanced analytics, digital twin, and Pharma 4.0 initiatives with a strong engineering background.
