Specify, design, implement, validate, and commission drive control systems across multiple domains.
Create and maintain design documentation throughout project lifecycles and provide technical liaison to customers and suppliers.
Validate developed control systems with real-time simulators (RTS) in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) modes and support cross-functional teams including sales, commissioning, and service.
Minimum Requirements
Degree required: BE/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or M.E/M.Tech in Control System/Power Electronics/VFD Controls Engineering.
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in DC Drives, LV AC Drives, or MV VSI/CSI Drive control system design for industrial applications including Metal Industry, Test Bench, PSPP, GT, Oil & Gas, Marine HVDC, and Mining.
Mandatory skills: Drive control adaptation and validation, power electronic component sizing and vendor coordination, knowledge of motor control fundamentals, and experience with VFD system selection and drive system simulation tools.
Willingness to travel within India and overseas; communication skills for technical reporting and coordination required.

Experienced in multi-disciplinary, international project teams with ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines.
Hands-on technical expertise in VFD design, control system development, validation using real-time simulators, and industrial automation including PLC/HMI programming.
Strong domain knowledge in power electronics, motor controls, industrial networks, and practical application of drive systems in heavy industries such as mining, metal processing, and power generation.
