Lead the design, development, and ownership of a greenfield data platform focused on scalable, robust data pipelines (batch and real-time).
Integrate AI across all phases of data lifecycle and ensure data quality, integrity, and governance.
Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years experience in data engineering or emerging data architecture roles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's is a plus).
Proficiency with AWS Data Services (S3, Glue, Athena, EMR, Kinesis) and experience in modern data frameworks like Apache Flink, Kafka Streams, pySpark, Apache Airflow.
Strong skills in SQL, data formats (Parquet, Delta Lake, Iceberg, Hudi), CDC patterns, and database systems (both relational and NoSQL).

Experienced in building and scaling complex data pipelines and data platform architectures with a strong AI-first mindset.
