Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise payment solutions with accountability for project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery.
Act as primary point of contact and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment of expectations and project deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Development, QA, Support, Professional Services), track project milestones, manage risks/issues, escalate as needed, and drive customer satisfaction improvements.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of project management and customer relationship management experience in enterprise banking or payment technology solutions.
Experience managing enterprise software implementation projects involving banking core and payment systems.
Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum certification is advantageous; experience with Global PayPlus (GPP) is highly preferred.
